This study wanted to see if there was an association between people who successfully lost weight and what time they eat food. They found that people who successfully lost weight consumed more food before 9am and less food after 8pm than people who did not successfully lose weight. So, if you are losing weight try to avoid eating after 8pm and have at least a small amount of food before 9am.
