- Do stronger muscles make strong bones?

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11332-021-00740-z

Muscles attach into the bone, therefore they have an impact on them. This study looked at the correlation between strength and the amount of muscle and bone density in young men. They found that stronger and more muscular people have a higher bone density. Although this study cannot tell us what causes it, what it does show is a correlation. Therefore, becoming stronger and gaining some muscle may help us improve bone density.
